In a bowl, add curd whisk it to form a smooth paste
To this add Ice cold water and keep whisking till curd is mixed well
To this buttermilk, add crushed green chillies, grated ginger, chopped Coriander leaves, Cumin powder and Salt.
Add Sugar, this can be optional, but really makes a difference in taste :)
Mix all the ingredients well, whisk together
Serve cold, you can add ice cubes to this.
