cheese, Olives, Cucumber and Salad leaves, ofcourse with Bread topped with Sesame seeds. and Salad leaves, ofcourse with Bread topped with Sesame seeds. This sandwich can substitute your lunch and keep you full for long, hence its my favorite sandwich whenever im travelling.

Roasted Cherry Tomatoes
Cucumber - sliced
Multi-grain bread (or any of your choice)
First roast cherry tomatoes, you can do this 2 ways :
1. Roast them on a frying pan with little Olive Oil
2. Please cherry tomatoes in oven, sprinkle Olive oil and roast for 10-15 mins
Slit bread into halves, arrange all vegetables starting with salad leaves, sliced cucumber, black olives, Feta cheese cubes and tomatoes.
Sprinkle Salt N Pepper powder
Press down slightly
Serve with Coffee or Tea
